Availability, exact part number, hardware revision, condition, compatibility, price, warranty, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed in our written quotation or order confirmation.

Quotations and Orders

An order becomes binding only after the commercial and technical terms have been agreed in writing and the order has been accepted by B.H Global Tech Business LTD. Website status labels such as In Stock or Available on Request remain subject to confirmation.

Testing and Warranty

Equipment supplied by us is received at our facility and tested before shipment. The applicable test scope, condition and warranty are those stated in the quotation or order documents. The standard website warranty reference is three months; different terms may be agreed for a specific order.

Delivery

Shipping method, Incoterms, freight charges, taxes, duties, insurance and estimated lead time are agreed for each order. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Returns and Warranty Claims

Any return or warranty claim requires prior written authorization and identification of the supplied serial number. The remedy and procedure are governed by the warranty terms agreed for the order.
