Every unit—whether supplied from our stock or located through our international sourcing network—is first received at our facility in Israel.
It is then thoroughly tested by experienced engineers using a test procedure appropriate to its equipment type and platform. We verify the equipment identity, hardware revision, physical condition, functional status and order details.
Only equipment that passes our testing is approved for shipment.
Test photos, videos or reports may be provided for specific orders on request, depending on the equipment type and agreed requirements.
Equipment is supplied with our warranty. The standard warranty is three months, and longer coverage may be agreed for specific orders.
If a covered fault occurs, we review the case using the supplied serial-number record and provide support in accordance with the agreed warranty terms.
Equipment is prepared for international shipment using appropriate protective and ESD-safe packaging.
After dispatch, we provide the carrier tracking number and a complete list of the supplied serial numbers.
Our quality management system is certified by RONET International Certification Services Ltd.
